Cherie " Cher " Donovan debuts as a writer in a comic that centers around a teenage girl genetically altered and trained to be a living weapon. The girl, “Raven” finds herself caught in a deep-bedded government conspiracy and must reveal it to the world to win her freedom.

The plot asks us exactly what it is that makes us human, and brings us face to face with our inner demons.

A six page prequel to the main story arc appeared in Eleventh Hour #2, penciled by newcomer Scott Larson and inked by Ian Sharman, and will be followed by an anthology of prequels based within the Project Raven timeline and universe, written and illustrated by guest creators.
