How did you get into working on comics: I always loved to read comics and had done some writing in school, mostly short stories. I was working on a novel when John Bamber of Mam Tor publishing asked me why I wasn't writing comic scripts. I didn't have an answer so I decided to give it a try and the rest is history. I still plan to finish that novel but writing comics and seeing them through the entire creative process is such a satisfying feeling that I'm sure I'll be scripting from now on.
