How did you get into working on comics: Loved comics when I was younger (wanted to be an artist as a kid) then kind of drifted away during Uni. Came back to comics in the late 90s having bought some superhero titles on holiday. Fell back in love with the medium and began buying a wide range of comics and trades in a variety of genres, I was soon hooked again. I had previously been trying to break into screenwriting and decided to start scripting comics instead. I love the immediacy of comics, you have an idea and you can link with an artist and bring it to life. No need for casting or budget restrictions, what you and the artist imagines is what gets out there which is a real buzz.
