Don't miss Orang Utan Comics Studio at the Bristol International Comic Expo this weekend!
Stop by our stand and pick up your copies of Eleventh Hour Vol 1, the Eleventh Hour Collector's Edition and Baby Boomers! Our top creators will be on hand all weekend to sign copies of these great new OUC releases! Oh, and Ian will also be signing at the AAM/Markosia booth throughout the weekend.
Also, if you're in Bristol for the expo, don't forget the Film Night, which starts at 6pm on Friday 9th May at the Ramada Plaza Hotel. You can find out more here.

The Eagle Awards!

Orang Utan Comics Studio have picked up several nominations in this year's Eagle Awards. Not only has our critically acclaimed anthology series Eleventh Hour been nominated in the category of Favourite Black and White Comicbook - British, but one of our founding members, and hugely talented artist, Azim Akberali, has been nominated in two categories - Favourite Newcomer Artist and Favourite Artist: Fully-Painted Artwork. Congratulations to Azim and to all involved in the production of Eleventh Hour.
Remember, you can still pre-order the new edition of the Eagle Award Nominated Eleventh Hour, the first to be published by AAM/Markosia, featuring painted artwork inside and on the cover by double Eagle Award Nominated artist Azim Akberali, from you local comic shop.

Inc, you can find it at the front of the "green" section in this month's Previews catalogue, in the AAM/Markosia section. Orang Utan Comics are pleased to announce that AAM/Markosia will be publishing an 80 page trade paperback of Eleventh Hour in June '08. This will feature eleven all new stories from the talented writers and artists at Orang Utan Comics. Featuring new art, revised lettering, a stunning cover by Azim Akberali and an introduction by Paul Cornell (Dr Who, Marvel Comics). We'll be updating the Eleventh Hour page soon with more info on the Collector's Edition and Eleventh Hour's move to AAM/Markosia.
